- Shipping & Delivery
All orders from www.motostarz.ca (CAD currency) will ship from Canada. We ship all orders with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or FedEx. For your protection we recommend that you purchase insurance for you package. Motostarz will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged order when using regular shipping. US and international customers please visit our US web site at www.motostarz.com (ships from USA and billed in USD)
Note: Certain rural areas as well as large bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. Motostarz's systems cannot instantly calculated such remote shipping charges so Motostarz will contact you after you place an order to notify you of any such additional shipping charges at which point, you may choose to accept such charges or cancel the order.
Delivery times may vary, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Due high volumes of orders, inventory levels can change rapidly. We will notify you right away via email if your order contains any out of stock or special order items that may add extended delays to your order. If you have a deadline, please contact us directly to verify stock levels before you place the order.
No Split Shipment: Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not allow split shipments for a single order. If a customer chooses to split the shipment for any reason, they will be solely responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with the split.
- Privacy & Security
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we use it responsibly. We do NOT sell or distribute any personal information about you to any other person or entity except as necessary to process an order or provide a service or product you requested to you.
- Returns & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Returned parts must be in new, unused, in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
- Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition. The customer must provide evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of there own.
- There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
- No return on any Ducabike or Graves Motorsports exhaust systems
- You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order black to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz. We will process and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the shipping fee in 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call us at 1604.370.4899 before you want to return an item. We will issue you a return authorization number that needs to be marked on the outside and inside of the package being returned.
- Warranties
No warranty, written or implied is made on any products sold by Motostarz. All descriptions given by Motostarz as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Motorstarz cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Motostarz shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
- Identification of Pricing Errors:
Pricing errors may include, but are not limited to, typographical errors, technical glitches, or inaccuracies in our pricing system.
Our team monitors prices regularly, but if an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and adjust the order total accordingly.
- Notification of Price Discrepancy:
In the event of a pricing error, affected customers will be promptly notified via email or phone, explaining the nature of the error and the corrected pricing details.
- Cancellation of Orders:
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been affected by a pricing error.
Customers will be notified of the cancellation and will have the option to place a new order at the corrected price, if applicable.
- Refund Process:
If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, any payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Sales tax amount are apply base on the delivery address.
