Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed through www.motostarz.ca (CAD currency) are shipped from Canada using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended, including for in-stock items. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Motostarz shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments sent without insurance. For more information, please contact support@motostarz.ca.

U.S. and international customers are advised to visit our U.S. website at www.motostarz.com (ships from the USA and billed in USD).


Additional Shipping Charges

Certain rural areas, as well as oversized or bulky items, may incur additional shipping charges that cannot be calculated at checkout. Motostarz reserves the right to contact customers after an order is placed to collect any additional fees. Customers may choose to accept these charges or cancel the order at that time.


Shipping Time & Availability Disclaimer

All product availability and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive for accuracy, delays, backorders, and errors may occur. Motostarz shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from such delays or errors.

Customers with time-sensitive orders are responsible for confirming availability prior to purchase.

Due to high order volumes, inventory levels may change without notice. Customers will be notified if their order includes out-of-stock or special-order items that may result in delays.


Shipping Address Policy

For fraud prevention and security purposes, orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.

Motostarz reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that does not comply with this requirement.

Orders requesting shipment to an address different from the billing address must be placed using an alternative payment method, such as PayPal, Apple Pay or e-transfer.


No Split Shipments

Due to shipping costs, Motostarz does not permit split shipments for a single order. If a customer requests a split shipment, they shall be solely responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.


Pickup Policy Notice

All pickup orders must be collected within 120 days of purchase. After this period, we reserve the right to resell or dispose of the items without further notice.


Privacy & Security

Customer information is an important part of our business, and we handle it responsibly. We do not sell or distribute personal information to any third party, except as necessary to process your order or provide requested services.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original condition
  • In the manufacturer’s original packaging
  • Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

  • Carbon fiber parts
  • Closeout items
  • Used parts

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.


Warranties

No warranty, expressed or implied, is provided on products sold by Motostarz. Product descriptions are for reference only and are not guarantees.

Motostarz is not responsible for any personal injury, labor costs, or damages arising from the use of any product sold. We are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of goods or claims resulting from product use or installation.

By purchasing or installing any product, the customer agrees to these terms.

For warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation. All warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer.


Pricing Errors

Pricing errors may occur due to typographical mistakes, technical issues, or system inaccuracies.

Motostarz reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust orders accordingly.

Customers will be notified of any discrepancies via email or phone. Orders affected by pricing errors may be canceled, and customers will have the option to place a new order at the corrected price.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
