Like all Ilmberger parts, it’s made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current "best of industry" practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber material using an autoclave.

Ilmberger is also the only carbon fiber manufacturer to use Kunststoffbeschichtet, or plastic powder coating, on their parts. This finish is much more resistant to scratching than standard clear-coat finishes, blocks UV rays that can damage your carbon fiber over time, is a better base for painting, and improves the appearance of each part, underlining the three-dimensional visual effect of the carbon fiber. Like the Ducati Diavel Carbon special edition, all Ilmberger pieces for the Diavel come in a matte clear finish.

Ilmberger carbon fiber is TUV/ABE approved. What does a European standard mean to us here in the U.S.? It means that Ilmberger carbon fiber is the highest quality, and fits the best.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
