BT Moto Stage 1+ Performance Calibration ECU Flash 2026 Kawasaki ZX-10R

We’ve cracked it! The 2026 ZX-10R / RR Gen 7 is one of the most anticipated redesigns for tuning this year. Customers are extremely excited to see this bike unlocked, and we’re proud to be the first to complete this project from scratch for the community.

But being first isn’t enough for us. We want riders to be not just satisfied, but amazed by the results. That’s why we deliver a full drivability flash tune across all throttle angles — not just a 100% throttle flash.

This new redesign is already showing peak power carrying an additional 500 RPM over the Gen 6 bike, along with significant chassis upgrades and, most importantly, a new TFT display.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH ZX-10R / RR FLASH

• Fueling adjusted (per gear for ram air) for maximum horsepower and torque, while maintaining safe exhaust catalyst temperatures (or leaner with slip-on)
• Ignition adjusted (per gear) for maximum torque
• Throttle de-restricted to 100%, with part-throttle refinement for smooth street and track transitions — delivering major horsepower and torque gains at 25/50/75/100% throttle across all RPM ranges
• Fix for the notchy 25% throttle low-power dip present in the stock tune (see dyno chart)
• Blipper adjustments for quicker response without factory lunging
• Lower fan-on temperature
• Slightly increased RPM limiter (+200 RPM)
• Removed top speed limiter
• Quickshifter upshift and downshift refinements (exclusive to our mapping)
• Configurations available for stock (CARB Stage 1), slip-on, 3/4 systems, with full systems, VP fuel, and velocity stacks coming soon

THE DETAILS

FUELING
With custom tuning, we optimize AFR (air/fuel ratio) to enhance not only peak performance but also cruising and partial throttle response. The 25% throttle range is especially critical, as this is where the bike struggles most in stock form.

QUICKSHIFTER
Blipper and upshift timings have been refined for smoother and more responsive rideability.

IGNITION
Optimized for maximum power while maintaining safety and reliability.

THROTTLE DE-RESTRICTION
Unlocking 100% throttle capability is essential for track performance. The stock ECU contains a top-end “dead spot” that limits power where it should peak. We remove these restrictions to ensure smooth, predictable power delivery all the way to redline.

We also recalibrate mid-throttle angles for improved predictability, similar to KRT-style throttle mapping. Additionally, we’ve completely remapped the 20–25% cruise zone, which is highly inconsistent in the stock tune. This is a multi-hour process exclusive to our product.

LOWER FAN-ON TEMPERATURE
Improves rider comfort and helps keep engine temperatures slightly lower.

INCREASED RPM LIMITER (+200 RPM)
Extending the limiter allows the engine to fully utilize its top-end power. Instead of peaking at 13,200 RPM, the bike now pulls to 13,800 RPM. Note: excessively high limiters can be unsafe — this increase is carefully calibrated.

TOP SPEED LIMITER REMOVED
Allows unrestricted performance in track environments.

PLEASE NOTE

(2026+) ECU COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Your bike must have one of the ECU numbers listed below to use the handheld tuner. If you are mailing in your ECU, this verification is not required.

If your ECU number differs, please email us before purchasing. The ECU number can be found on the unit itself, located in the tail section of the bike.

We’ve confirmed compatibility across a wide range of 2026 models and will continue expanding support.

We currently offer configurations for stock, CARB, slip-on, and 3/4 systems (as of April 21, 2026). Additional setups will be added over time.

For highly modified or race-focused builds, additional fine fuel tuning may be required. Due to the sensitive AFR characteristics of the ZX-10R and the wide variety of aftermarket parts, further adjustments may be necessary to optimize performance.

For extreme applications or those seeking maximum horsepower, we recommend using a piggyback fuel controller with a wideband sensor or an auto-tuner to refine fueling under real-world conditions.
