Through careful testing of the stock ECU on our recently acquired 2026 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100, we have decoded an otherwise new, stout 222 hp powerplant and ECU for even greater rider enjoyment.

With full in-person datalogging in our closed dyno cell, we identified exactly what the engine likes and dislikes. By carefully logging ignition timing, per-cylinder fueling, and thermal management limiters, we developed an excellent calibration that delivers strong, consistent performance across all temperatures and fuel qualities—including poor California ACN91.

Our 2026 RSV4 Stage 1 and Stage 2 map options represent the most thoroughly developed tuning available anywhere in the world. We offer maps covering a wide range of modifications, locations, fuel types, and more. All our full custom proprietary features have been developed and designed in the USA, backed by USA-based sales and technical support.

Our product has also completed the rigorous CARB 50-state testing process and is certified 50-state legal. No other option on the market matches the level of development, testing, and platform knowledge we’ve invested. We personally own this bike and have worked tirelessly to perfect it.

Advantages with Stage 1

• On average, gains of 5–15 hp from the midrange and up over baseline on a typical exhaust/filter-equipped bike running 93 octane fuel (larger gains possible with race fuel).
• Early fan-on: Your Aprilia begins pulling power at high temperatures. We set the fans to activate at 194°F to prevent this power loss and avoid stalling from overheating in stop-and-go traffic.
• Optimized fueling changes—including part, mid, and full-throttle—across all configurations and per cylinder.
• Ignition timing optimized at part and partial throttle for all fuel qualities.
• Torque limiting adjustments to allow the bike to deliver 100% of available engine torque under high load.
• RPM limiter raised from 13,600 rpm to 14,200 rpm (optional).
• Per-gear rev limiter tables revised for the widest and safest possible powerband—the Factory 1100 cuts power early in lower and upper gears.
• Exhaust valve adjustments for increased power and torque.
• Improved factory-unstable idle for smoother, more consistent off-throttle behavior.
• Full 100% throttle opening enabled in all modes (vs. factory-limited tables).
• Ability to relocate blinkers into headlights (requires Euro light part numbers 2B012233 & 2B012234).
