The TSB21 carbon fibre fuel cap flange is the base for building a fuel cap that suits you: choose the carbon fibre finish, then pair it with your preferred closure from three different versions.

It replaces the original flange without modifications and brings the weave of real carbon fibre to the centre of the tank.

100% carbon fibre, autoclave cured

The flange is made from 100% plain weave carbon fibre, cured in an autoclave: the fibres are compacted under controlled pressure and temperature, just like racing components, for a stiff, solid part with a uniform surface. Choose it in a glossy finish, which brings out the depth of the weave, or a matte one, for a more technical, understated look.

Ergal inner cap, built to resist the fuel nozzle

The inner cap is made of Ergal with hard anodizing: a very hard surface layer that resists scratches even after repeated contact with the nozzle when refuelling, so the flange keeps looking like new.

Three closures, three ways to ride

The closures are sold separately, giving you complete freedom to customise both function and colour:

• TSU02 Fast Open: quick-release closure without a lock, for the fastest possible refuelling, for example on track.
  
• TSU01 Key Lock: keyed closure, for riders who often leave the bike parked and want the tank always secured.
• TSU04 Fast Key: quick-release closure with a dedicated key, combining speed and security.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
