Installation:

Installation is straight forward: the radiator guard bolts to the lower radiator mount, the top uses location tabs to keep in place. The Oil cooler guard uses the upper oil cooler mounts to secure it. High grade foam pads are placed on the back of the frame for an area of separation between the guard and the radiator core. Approximately 3-5mm of a "Crush zone" is desinged in handle various types of impacts. The guards are mounted so they float with the radiator and do not pick up vibrations from the motorcycle. Installation and instructional kits are included with every guard and set, for a quick and straight forward installation.

Our Guards are made using formed aluminum for a perfect balance of protection, No Welding durability and lightweight. Our Screen is oriented to maximize airflow and protection from debris. Our guards are also available with Titanium expanded metal screen, known as our Pro Guard (on specific models).

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
