Why should I add Evotech Lever Protectors (Road) to my handlebars?
Lever protectors originate from motorcycle racing, designed to prevent accidental application of the brake and clutch systems. However, it is not just on the racetrack that they prove their usefulness as many unwelcome incidents could be avoided if the brake and clutch levers are protected. Machined from a single piece of aluminium, the robust lever guards are powder-coated for additional durability. The motorcycle parts are then added to the handlebars using Evotech’s model-specific design and stainless steel Road-sized weights. These are EP’s larger of the two options available with lever protectors, increasing the weight at the end of the handlebars to soothe unwanted high-frequency vibrations.

Note: The original Yamaha Bar End Mirrors must be removed before fitting Evotech Brake and Clutch Lever Protector Kit to the Yamaha XSR900.

Note: When fitting Evotech Brake and Clutch Lever Protector Kit, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycles throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. Evotech Bar End Weights are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
