The EP radiator guard protects the Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro dual-radiator system from damage caused by road and off-road debris (stones, mud, dropped waste etc), while at the same time letting unrestricted cool air to pass through to the radiators. The radiators' thin, soft aluminium cooling fins easily bend, and misaligned fins can restrict cooling air, which can lead to overheating. The radiators' internal cores are also susceptible to being holed by stones, which can be picked up by the front tyre or other traffic and flung directly into the radiator. Leaking coolant will make the Tiger 900 Rally Pro overheat, which, in turn, can lead to engine damage.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
