Why would a Triumph Tiger Sport 660/800 need a radiator guard?

The Evotech Radiator Guard for the Triumph Trident 800 is designed to protect the motorcycle’s radiator from damage caused by road debris, stones, and chippings, while still allowing essential cooling airflow.

Even with its relatively modest engine capacity, the Trident’s radiator remains vulnerable. Without protection, the delicate cooling fins and core can easily be damaged by stones flung up from the front tyre or passing traffic. As a complex and expensive component, radiator repairs are often difficult and frequently uneconomical, making prevention the smartest choice.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
