Evotech Performance Radiator / Header Guard Set for 2026 Yamaha YZF-R7

Purpose-built radiator and exhaust header protection for the 2026 Yamaha YZF-R7. Each guard is CNC-machined from aerospace grade aluminium and finished in matt black powder coat, with a hexagonal matrix that keeps air moving through the radiator without giving up strength. The curved profile follows the shape of the bike's fairings and exhaust, and rubber bungs cushion the guard if something does make contact. Stone chips and road debris are a common cause of expensive radiator and header repairs, and this set is designed to take that hit instead.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
