What protection does the EP Sump Guard give?
The Ducati Streetfighter’s naked design means the engine sump is prone to being hit by road surface debris. Rainwater, loose chippings, mud, animal poo, dropped rubbish and anything else you see on an open road, will cause severe degradation of the engine sump’s coating and, worse still, the sump body itself. A corroded or cracked sump doesn’t bear thinking about. The Ducati V4S EP Sump Guard literally guards the front and sides of the Ducati sump against road debris damage.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
