The C-Bow bag holder is designed to accommodate a variety of Hepco & Becker bags, depending on your motorcycle model. Soft bags for sporty, dynamic motorcycles and saddlebags for choppers or cruisers can all be attached securely using the C-Bow holder. Its elegant, unobtrusive design integrates seamlessly with the bike’s overall lines while keeping saddlebags safely away from the hot exhaust.

Thanks to modern C-Bow technology, the right bags can be attached quickly and easily with a single click, locking them firmly in place to deter theft. The bags remain stable even when fully loaded, and on many models, the turn signals maintain their original position. Please refer to the manual for more detailed information.

• Rear rack extensions may restrict bag functionality

• Designed for the motorcycle in its stock condition; not tested with aftermarket accessories such as exhausts, license plate holders, or additional indicators

• When using third-party accessories, ensure bags are kept at a safe distance from the exhaust and that indicators have adequate visibility

• Exhaust jets must not be directed at the bags

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
