The C-Bow bag holder is made to take a variety of Hepco&Becker bags, depending on the motorcylce model. Softbags for sporty, dynamic motorcycles and saddlebags for choppers and cruisers can be attached to the motorcycle with the C-Bow holder. Its elegant, unobtrusive design fits perfectly into the vehicles overall lines. Naturally, it keeps saddlebags safely away from the hot exhaust muffler. Modern C-Bow technology allows the right bags to be attached simply and easily to the C-Bow with a single click, firmly locking them to deter theft. The bags are attached securely to the motorcycle and stay in position even when loaded. On many models, the turn signals stay in their original position. Please check manual for more info.

• rear rack enlargements can possibly restrict the function of the bags

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
