The C-Bow bag holder is designed to accommodate a variety of Hepco&Becker bags, depending on the motorcycle model. Soft bags for sporty, dynamic motorcycles and saddlebags for choppers and cruisers can be attached using the C-Bow holder. Its elegant, unobtrusive design blends perfectly with the vehicle’s overall lines. Naturally, it keeps the saddlebags safely away from the hot exhaust muffler.

Modern C-Bow technology allows the right bags to be attached simply and easily with a single click, firmly locking them in place to deter theft. The bags remain securely attached to the motorcycle and stay in position even when fully loaded. On many models, the turn signals remain in their original position. Please refer to the manual for more details.

Developed for the motorcycle in its stock condition. Not tested with aftermarket accessories such as exhausts, license plate holders, or alternative indicators.

When using third-party accessories, ensure the bags are always kept at a sufficient distance from the exhaust and that the indicators maintain an adequate beam angle. The exhaust jet must not be directed toward the bags.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
