The Complete Rack is a combined side carrier and rear rack that accepts any hard side case or top case from Hepco & Becker. The design of the complete rack gets its overall strength from being installed as a unit to the strong points of the bike’s frame. For this reason, it cannot be separated to use individually as a rear or side rack. Every Complete Rack is custom designed for each individual model of bike and will only work on the model it is specified for. These racks are made of high quality steel tubing finished in black, silver or chrome. All racks are relatively easy to install and come with the required hardware and installation instructions.Actual complete rack may vary slightly from the one pictured.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
