Hepco & Becker C-Bow Carrier '19+ Kawasaki Z400

The C-Bow System consists of a very discrete C-shaped mounting plate that accepts the Street soft bags and applicable Leather bags. When the bags are off of the bike, the C-Bow holder is unobtrusive to the appearance of the bike. This allows you to leave the mounting plate on your bike without taking away from the look of the bike. To attach the bags, all you have to do is slide them onto the C-shaped mount. All C-Bow bags come with a lock and key to secure them to the C-Bow mount. Please note this rack does not work with the Triumph OEM rear rack as the mounts from this system use the same mounting positions as the OEM rack.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
