The Minirack by Hepco & Becker offers a slim, light weight, and unobtrusive luggage solution for those on the go. The Minirack is a small aluminum rack cut out of aircraft grade aluminum with use of a CNC machine. This allows for a perfectly symmetrical shape and cut outs where you are able to strap luggage down. All Miniracks and mounts have a black powder coat finish and are supplied with stainless steel hardware. This rack attaches to the bike using mounting frames and hardware provided in the kit. Everything you need to install this item is provided with the purchase of the Minirack.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-236-481-2222 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
