This new soft bag has a lot in common with an oyster - hence its name. Compared to other soft bags, it is visually striking with its fresh, original design. It is made of robust, highly resistant EVA material, which gives the Royster bag its dimensional stability. The front is covered with abrasion-resistant 1200D polyester, which matches the surface finish in the existing HEPCO&BECKER collection. The back wall is coated with polyurethan. This improves soil resistance and makes cleaning easier. Their light weight makes them easy to handle and allows trouble-free carrying wihth a practical recessed handle.
The C-Bow carrier by HEPCO&BECKER allows theft-proof attachment to protect this attractive softbag from sticky fingers.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
