The Side Carrier is a fixed side rack bolted on to your bike that allows you to attach any hard side case offered by Hepco & Becker. Every Side Carrier is custom designed for each individual model bike. These racks are made of high quality steel tubing finished in black or chrome. All racks are relatively easy to install and come with the required hardware and installation instructions. Please note this rack does not work with the Triumph OEM rear rack as the mounts from this system use the same mounting positions as the OEM rack.

Recommended load: 10kg into every sidecase

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 business days of receipt. While we offer a hassle-free return policy, some non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be:

• New and unused
• In original condition
• In the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Include all tags

Returns due to manufacturer defects will be accepted only if the customer provides photographic evidence showing the issue was not caused by misuse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (minus shipping fees). Please allow an additional 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@motostarz.ca or call 1-604-370-4899 to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on both the inside and outside of the package.
