TST Carbon Fiber Front Fender '15-'18 Yamaha R3

TST's Twill Carbon Fiber Front Fender is designed specifically to replace the Yamaha OEM component on your 2015 - 2018 YZF-R3. It creates a modern and aggressive look, sheds unsprung mass from the front suspension, and installs in just minutes using the same method and hardware as your OEM front fender. The carbon fiber components are crafted from Toray aviation-grade carbon fiber prepreg using metal molds in an autoclave. The post-cure trimming is done via CNC machining to assure a precise and accurate fit. Carbon fiber has a 7-9 times greater tensile strength when compared to steel and is the lightest material on the market...and it looks badass, too. Each Yamaha R3 front fender is coated with a high gloss clear coat that provides UV protection to resist fading and yellowing, ensuring it keeps its aggressive look for years to come. This is a great way to gain some style points no matter if you ride the track or commute on the streets!

    • Toray Carbon Fiber Prepreg
    • Direct replacement of the Yamaha original front fender
    • Manufactured by metal molds, autoclave technology, and CNC machining
    • 7-9 times stronger tensile strength than steel
    • High gloss clear coat provides UV protection to prevent fading or yellowing
    • Simple and easy installation

Note: In some cases, there may be a need to Dremel or drill out the mounting points for more accurate fitment.
