TST Industries Twill Carbon Fiber Rear Tire Hugger is designed and crafted specifically to replace the OEM component that Yamaha equipped your 2006-2020 R6 with. It creates a modern and aggressive look and installs in minutes using the stock mounting points and hardware. TST's carbon fiber components are crafted from Toray aviation grade carbon fiber prepreg using metal molds in an autoclave. The post cure trimming is done via CNC machining to assure a precise and accurate fit. Carbon fiber has a 7-9 times greater tensile strength when compared to steel and is the lightest (and sexiest) material on the market. TST ensures that each rear tire hugger is coated with a high gloss clear coat that provides UV protection to prevent fading and yellowing, ensuring that your carbon fiber component keeps its' aggressive and race-inspired look for years to come. Note: In some cases, there may be a need to Dremel or drill out the mounting points for more accurate fitment.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incurr a 15% re-stocking fee.

• Returned parts must be in new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
• Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition: the customer must provide evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of their own.
• There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
• No return on any Ducabike, Ermax or CNC Racing products
• You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
