The full exhaust kit for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 represents the Euro 5+ update of one of the best-selling exhaust systems from Officine Italiane Zard.

Entirely handcrafted in Italy, this exhaust system features AISI 304 stainless steel headers and a stainless steel muffler with a carbon fiber end cap. It stands out for its extreme lightness (-5.2 kg / 11.4 lbs compared to the standard exhaust system) and a significant performance increase (+3.9 HP for the racing version compared to the stock exhaust system).

Available in satin or Cerakote® black finishes, the kit features a distinctive low-mount design and includes exclusive accessories such as a heat shield, aluminum side panel, and Zard tool bag. It is complemented by the unmistakably aggressive Zard sound.

Warning: When installing the Zard Racing full kit, motorcycles in Euro 5+ configuration may detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, which may cause the catalytic converter warning light (informational) to illuminate. To prevent this warning light from activating, ECU remapping is required.

Note: The low-mounted full kit is not compatible with a center stand or crash bars.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We have no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incurr a 15% re-stocking fee.

• Returned parts must be in new, unused, unopen and in original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all tags included.
• Returns will be accepted if problems from manufacturer exist under one condition: the customer must provide evidence with pictures that can prove that the fault was not of their own.
• There are absolutely no returns, no exchange on electrical, special/made to order items, windscreen, body work, carbon fiber parts, closeout items or used parts.
• No return on any Ducabike, Ermax or CNC Racing products
• You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to us.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Motostarz, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the shipping fee) within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
